This is going to really mess with the 2025 schedule for everyone isn’t it
Sooo, just speculation?
Charlotte Sports Park just doesn’t exist anymore?
Isn’t the closest AAA ballpark in Jacksonville? Are we going to end up with two teams playing in AAA parks?
At least attendance will be better there.
Oakland
or
Spring in FL Summer in Buffalo.
I posted this the first day it happened on r/Miamimarlins and everybody thought i was crazy. We shall see
I would assume temporarily an arrangement could be made for Steinbrenner field that seats 11k or more likely they could also Disneys wide of sports stadium if it’s still standing
Can’t wait to attend 162 baseball games next season lmao that would be crazy
Raymond James stadium – hit dingers to the pirate ship
There are tons of spring training facilities. 3 in Tampa alone. figure those would be better options…
I said it a couple days ago, get ready to learn Miamian, Rays
It would never happen , but I would nice to have them in San Juan for a season. Grow the mlb brand in the Caribbean, grow the Rays Spanish speaking fans. But Miami or a revamp spring training site seem like easier move
Ya that probably not going to happen due to how hard the schedule would be. As of now there’s been minor talks about trying to make it work at Ray Jay, maybe the Yankees spring training facility but it’s unlikely due to the issues between the two teams and at Disneys sports campus which at the moment is the most realistic since they can add more seating capacity easily.
