    People are going to say it’s because of the grand slam. But it’s so much more than that.

    After Diaz walked the first 2 in the ninth, Jeremy Hefner (pitching coach) came out for a mound visit. As it was wrapping up, it wasn’t Hefner who had the last word with Diaz, it was Lindor. He grabbed him and said something to him. We may never know what it was, but Diaz went and found him immediately during the post game celebration.

    He’s without a doubt one of the league’s best players. But he’s also the league’s best leader. He better have a C on his uniform next year
