  1. I would not have guessed that NYY and LAD would be the cheapest options.

    So you’re telling me it’d be cheaper to drive from SD to LA to watch a game this weekend with decent seats including gas and food then to go right here at Petco next week no driving needed

    Oh.. but you know, the Phillies can get away with charging that much because their fans told me they have a “different atmosphere” than all the others. Lol

    By home park capacity:

    * Dodger Stadium: 56,000

    * Yankee Stadium: 46,537

    * Citizens Bank Park: 43,500

    * Citi Field: 41,800

    * Comerica Park: 40,950

    * Petco Park: 39,860

    * Kauffman Stadium: 38,030

    * Progressive Field: 34,830

    Dodgers and Yankees having the cheapest tickets from sheer number of seats makes some sense.

    And yet, I can’t get my hands on any Phillies tickets unless i want to spend about $1,000 –

    I will be playing ticket chicken tomorrow – showing up to the stadium with naught but a seat geek app and seeing what I can get when sellers start to panic.

    is this more or less than a regular season NFL game honestly curious, haven’t been to an NFL game in over a decade

    We just dont want to overpay to see the team crumble in October

    Phillies prices have gotten insane. I remember a couple of years ago before the bandwagon jumped back on I was able to get 6 tickets to the NLDS for $70 each. It’s cool they’re more popular but it sucks that the average person has been priced out.

    had toronto made the playoffs they probably would have been far and away #1

    its insane how expensive game tickets to watch toronto sports teams are. Maple leafs and raptors charge insane playoff ticket prices

    Everyone saying Mets fans will invade Philly but economically it’s be easier for Philly fans to go to New York

    I know everyone remembers the Knicks series but NYK tickets were literally four-fold more expensive than Sixers ticket. I don’t think it’s gonna be the invasion everyone seems to think it is
