Ok so it’s internal brace/primary repair + the original Tommy John. There’s some good analysis about the existing problems but the actual innovation seems to have taken very little imagination.
Edit: I mean more like Arthrex tape being used in internal brace before. Obviously I’m not a doctor and the advancement seems to be nothing but a positive but it’s being portrayed as a brand new surgery when it’s really just “yea we took the first idea and combined it with the second idea”
