Great defense all year. And then this inning happens. Should’ve been over a long time ago, and Mets getting the perfect sequencing throughout the entire game.
I also don’t get pulling Peralta that early. He had one bad inning and then settled down. Allowed 3 baserunners over 4 innnings, unfortunate to have them all score. Now we (likely) lose game 1 and use most of the bullpen (though none threw enough to be unavailable I guess). I just wish to have some luck in the postseason, just once…
