This man might end up in the hall if he keeps this up.
more home runs, never held a press conference to assure the public he’s straight, better defense, better at everything
What else does this guy have to do to get respect from the national sports media. Best player on the Mariners this year.
My gosh.
In his 153rd game, 135th behind the plate.
Can’t wait for him to get ranked as the 13th best catcher in baseball this offseason.
Only moral victories today, folks!
But his batting average!
And gets his first 100 RBI season.
Here’s to many more
Extend him this offseason I’m on my hands and knees
I love Cal Raleigh. I love his name, I love the shape of his body, I love the way he plays. I eat a lot of boiled eggs and lift weights to try and be like this guy but I can’t. There are 6 grams of protein in an egg but I can’t eat enough to get big like him. Nice round muscles. They’re smooth too, like the waves of the Strait of Juan de Fuca on a calm day. When I was a kid I ate big eggs to be hot like Junior, and I got some great results, some of the roundest muscles in my class, but these days I’m looking at 6 eggs a day and it’s not good enough to pop Raleigh style muscles out my scrawny arms ever since dad left.
I know I’m being pedantic, but, I feel like it’s a little unfair to say he surpassed Piazza when he’s (Cal) played 19 games as a DH with 5 HR in those games. I guess you can argue with that statement of « primary catcher », but, still.
I love this Dumper
