   Speed demon Justin Turner obviously would have made it impossible to turn two so the much safer play was to go home

   And just for some extra pain for everybody, I’d like to let everyone know that if the Mariners didn’t lose the game to the Royals where they scored 7 runs in the first inning, this would have clinched a playoff spot on tiebreaker.
