Any year where Judge isn’t having arguably the best hitting season for a right handed hitter ever and he probably wins
Unfortunately for Bobby we are in the timeline where Judge is having that season

Ain’t you cute.
Bobby is having an amazing year but he did it in the wrong year.

I’m tired of these think pieces all year, man. Superlative awards are so frivolous.

barring an absolutely otherworldly run from Witt in these final weeks (and a continued Judge slump), he’ll go down as probably the greatest non-MVP season of all time. maybe #2 behind Ted Williams hitting .400
i fully expect him to be a mainstay and probably win an MVP in the next 3 years

Who said he isn’t, though? Lots of people are discussing him
LeCheffre
He is. But if it ended today, he’d be in second place. That’s in the conversation.
Fancy_Load5502
Both are kinda slumping right now.

Well when people said Aaron Judges to lose this is what they meant. Has struggled over the last 17 games

I keep seeing articles about how he should be considered for MVP. He’s as much in the race as Lindor – definitely in the conversation but definitely not winning.
Youdontknowshite
Yeah but he doesn’t play for the dodgers or yankees

I don’t think he was ever out of it.
