  1. Doesn’t Stanton know he’s been literally hobbled by injury???

  2. MadSpaceYT

Who needs hits with risp when you can can score on wild pitches every time

  3. MeatballDom

In fairness, with his sped, Stanton was planning on stealing even if it was a strike. There was no preventing this.

If Bob Costas was on commentary: « Another wild pitch by Cantillo, and Stanton coming home, remember he is a slow motherfucking old injured piece of dogshit so it’s gonna be hard for him to score on this! »

Darling: « Bob he scored 5 seconds ago while you were talking. »

That’s what having pure speed like Stanton does it puts pressure on teams.

Side note are we witnessing a bit of an Ankiel moment?

  6. ActualDragonHeart

Bob Costas: Stanton, a broken man who can’t run, hobbled home on that passed ball

  7. MrNostalgic

Swinging? Where we’re going we don’t need swinging

  8. Bulletz4Brkfzt

Bob Costas punched his desk watching this

  9. Poor Stanton. That’s just rude of Cantillo making him run on short notice like that. It’s not his fault.

  10. I’m not familiar with the Guardians. Is their pitching always this bad?

  11. TheSmokedSalmon420

Man that was such an unfair spot to put Cantillo

  12. ConstantineMonroe

They keep turning up the brightness of the lights at Yankee stadium. This pitcher can’t handle it

  13. Walking 4 batters in an inning didn’t work out for the Royals so I’m not sure why the Guardians are trying that strategy
