It was crazy to watch the at-bat that knocked him out. He throws an off speed pitch to the number nine hitter. Then that lady announcer that I’ve heard be terrible everywhere else says, « As the number nine hitter he knew he was getting an off speed pitch and he was ready! »
Like, wtf. Lol. Nine hitters don’t get off speed pitches very often, lady. They do in the major leagues more often than anywhere else, but it’s still not a likely Thing someone can sit on.
Not to mention he wasn’t sitting on it.

Corbin had a no hitter through 8. 2 relievers kept it alive through the 10th. Ended up losing 4-3. Guy pitches some gems and still gets fucked
