Angels change in record is basically the value of one Ohtani, so that checks out

Dbacks made the World Series last year, had the 9th best YoY improvement in the league, and missed the postseason.
Truly snake bitten.

It feels worse than -5 for Cincinnati, but there might be a solid rotation developing and that combined with better health would already be a decent starting spot for 2025.

How we won 11 more games without Soto than with him is, in a word, baffling

The AL West is amazing – all the teams got worse, even the one that made the playoffs, except for the A’s who had nowhere to go but up from last season and were playing their last season in Oakland. Just how they drew it up in the offseason.

Cardinals are 12 games better and yet nobody is impressed.

Consistent 90+ win Brewers teams? Don’t mind if I do!

Forget the White Sox. Has anyone checked the Rockies for a pulse?

It’s really crazy how close the Astros ended to last year wth all of the injuries, and the terrible tart this season. I don’t think he’s the single most deserving manager, but Espada should get some recognition for Manager of the year. So many teams would’ve folded being 12 under .500 and 10 back in the division.
All things considered, Rookie Manager Joe Espada won 1 fewer game in his first 161 than no doubt Hall of fame Manager Dusty Baker won in his first 161 with the Astros. And Baker probably had a better team.

ah hah hah haaaa, *improvement*

It’s actually sad that there’s a team that got worse than us.

Glad we unceremoniously dumped Ross after pilfering Counsell only to finish exactly the same as last year….
