   I read “Rickey” by Howard Bryant earlier this year (highly recommend to everyone!) and it is clear in the book that Oakland baseball means the world to Rickey, who moved there at the age of 7 and obviously Oakland was a big part of his MLB career. Can’t imagine how upset he must be at everything Fisher has done.

   What is happening with Stomper the mascot? Is he continuing on with the team or do they have to put him down out back when this homestand is over?
