    I still don’t know how people think Merrill is the ROY. He’s great, he’s played like an all-star and has been up longer, but skenes has been one of the best if not the best pitcher in baseball since he came up.

    Anyone voting Merril over him for RotY needs their vote stripped. There shouldn’t be a debate. Merrill has been a good player, Skenes has been a top 3 pitcher in baseball. Skenes should finish 2nd or 3rd in the NL Cy Young voting (Sale is the winner), and if he had 15 more innings it then becomes a question of how many 1st place votes he steals from Sale.
