   I guess they don’t think he’s going to improve at SS? this could be a « protecting his body thing » like it was with Mookie but he’s only 22 and hasn’t had any major injuries I know of that came from playing short (just the nasty leg injury from the play at the plate)

   I’m never understood why either Cruz plays shortstop. Elly is above average at short but the metrics never liked ONeil.
