As much as I recognize that Shohei is having a GOAT prime, this stat tries to sound more incredible than it is by far.

I am also the first ever Italian-American to make the eighth comment on a Reddit post about Shohei hitting a grand slam for his 40th home run of the season on a Friday evening in an election year.
Back of the napkin math has only like 10 grand slams expected in the scenario ‘40th HR of the season’. None of them having yet been walkoffs is not surprising.
