Smith not getting it in the air next was surprising

Rookie mistake, Shohei, rally killing home run right there, gotta limit yourself to doubles, keep traffic on the bases and don’t give the pitcher a breather. ^^^/s

Ohtani does something crazy…in a 6-5 loss to the A’s. The team changes but the results stay the same

Of course, to make a loss to the As worse after our recent slump, Ohtani gives us Tungston fodder

Good thing that was it for the dodgers scoring

Shohei Ohtani hits a 3 run home run in the 9th as the Dodgers lose to the A’s 5-6

Holy fuck

He barely missed a few early on, we’re talking warning track of the warning track. And then of course the bases loaded groundout. This one felt inevitable and the bat flip after was telling.

To me out of all their recent games, this one was the clearest example of the Dodgers losing by like *exactly* one metric Freddie Freeman.
Nevermind Mookie.
(Obviously what Freeman taking care of though is far far more important. Hope his kid ends up okay.)

Too bad that irrelevant bum will smith couldn’t take advantage to close the comeback out.
Still Tungsten but it looks more respectable in the box score.
