Correa is a great shortstop. Not the best hitting but his range is dumb.
What is dansby Swanson doing on that list?

I don’t have a clip but he also talked about defensive metrics. He didn’t use any specific metrics to measure a good SS but he values how well a SS positions themselves every play and while Correa’s OAA doesn’t hold up on paper, he knows exactly where to be on every play.
They were talking about defense.
