    Jim Kaat debuted in 1959 at age 20 and played until he was 44 in 1983

    And some of these guys only barely played in the 50s. Kaat and Williams debuted in ’59, with Williams not getting any major playing time until ’61, when he won the Rookie of the Year. Kaat only pitched in three MLB games in ’59.

    Aparicio is now the oldest living HOFer, at 90.
